Do you offer a warranty? All furniture is warranted to the original owner through the manufacturer's warranties.

How can I tell when I need a new mattress? Is your mattress over 8 to 10 years old? If so it is time to evaluate the support it is giving you. Are you waking up feeling ache? Is the mattress causing you to roll to the center? Or has your body changed? You may need a firmer or softer mattress.

What's the difference between innerspring and foam mattresses? Innerspring mattress have a spring center support system with foam on the top for the surface comfort...foam mattress have a foam center support system and foam on top for the comfort layer.

Does a mattress have to be firm to be supportive? No, each of us have a different comfort level which may change as we go through life.

What are the advantages of a single-sided mattress? You do not have to flip this mattress and the mattress has more support from the under side  since the springs do not push through the soft surface as it does on a 2 sided mattress...this support adds to the life of the top of the single sided mattress thus making it more comfortable longer.

How do I fit a large or king-size mattress through a narrow space? Our professsional delivery team will know how to move the mattress through tight spaces although if you are questioning a delivery area please notify the sales person at the time of the purchase.

What's a typical warranty? 10 to 20 years although please note that a warranty is designed only to cover defects and not comfort issues or normal mattress fatigue. The warrranty does not determine the useful life of a mattress, which varies depending on many factors.

Is it really important to not remove the "Do not remove" tag? Yes, this tag has all the information which is needed if you have a warrenty issue as well as state law label information to protect the consumer.
