Shipping and Return Policy
All shipping charges inside the continental US are included in the price. If you are outside of the continental US we cannot ship to you. Some products ship from our warehouse by USPS or UPS ground while others directly to you from our manufacturers via Fed Ex or UPS ground, so you should expect delivery in about 5 to 10 business days. Some purchases are refundable for 30 days from delivery, see below for details. The refundable amount is the purchase price less the actual shipping cost to you, the customer. Customers are to pay the return shipping cost. Returned merchandise needs to be unused, undamaged, and packed in the original packaging material. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. And each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.

Power Adjustable Bases and Mattresses curbside shipping is included in the price. This is a non-returnable item unless due to damage or an unrepairable defect. The Power Bases and Mattresses are covered by a very good product warranty (see item warranty information) for your security and peace of mind.
Lift Recliners and Scooters Shipping and Returns
Lift recliners and scooters are delivered with curbside delivery included or a white glove option for an extra fee (see item). This is a non-returnable item unless due to damage or an unrepairable defect. The Lift Recliners and Scooters are covered by a very good product warranty (see item warranty information) for your security and peace of mind.
